Pros: Durable touchscreen for HTML web-browsing, texting, photos, and phone calls.
Cons: Can be a bit sluggish at times, lacks 3G and WiFi.

And that sums it up! This phone is buggy as hell! I've used the flash update feature many times hoping there would be fixes, but it just keeps doing weird things. It likes to just lock up or reboot itself randomly, and sometimes after I delete voicemails it keeps telling me I have a voicemail.

I've been a loyal LG phone user until buying the Samsung Instinct.
At first I was not the biggest fan of the phone for the following reasons:
- no signature (no big deal)

Had this phone with telus. It freezes all the time and the connection is horrible. If you try to check your voicemails the friggin keypad freezes so you have to pull the battery out and turn the phone on again. Out of every 10 times you check your voicemail, 7 times it will freeze.
