My son started with this phone.. he wanted bigger better, so I took it over.. been using it for over 5 years!.. Battery holds charge, I text on it with my kids and get calls as needed.. I've had this phone ~3 yrs. The most annoying this was when texting - if you forgot to write something, & you'd back through part of your message to start typing again the T9 wouldn't work, and it would be all capslock! It wouldn't turn off either! It happens all the time, throughout... More

I guess this phone is okay if you just need a phone on the rare occassion. I consider rare about once a month, otherwise this phone is terrible!
Pros:
-keys do have a nice feel
-its easy to figure out
-its small... but lose-able in a big purse
-battery lasts a while and it charges fast
