ive dropped it 6 stories onto concrete, dropped it getting out of my truck and it sat in a puddle for 2 hours, and drove over it with a bobcat and it will not quit. best phone ever

This is supposed to be a rugged unit. The hinge broke after 2 months of normal use. No wonder, close inspection revealed hinges are made of plastic.

My husband has had this phone going on 2 years. He beats his phones up more than any person I know. For example: we got the same phone at the same time at one point, and his died out on him a full year before mine started having issues.

I am in construction, I break phones all the time. I bought this phone because it was supposed to more rugged than other phones on the market. I constantly had problems with contact with the sims card, several visits to ATT and 2 new sims cards, after 8 months I opened the phone and the hinge fell apart.... More
