The screen always freezes, and it shuts itself off all the time. Everyone I know who has it hate it. The camera doesn't have zoom, but the video option does. I find the number buttons on the front much to small. The only thing I like is the QWERTY keyboard.

When the phone was on silent, it would often beep at random. For example, when done charging it will let you know with 3 loud beeps even when on silent. I love this phone, it's my first texting phone. I love the full keyboard and I find it very easy to use. I'm just very disappointed with the battery life, I have to charge my phone everyday.
