Came as an insurance replacement for a damaged Motorola Razr V4. Does not begin to compare. Battery life and reception is half of what the V4 had. Software problems right from the beginning. Phone technicians at Bell made the phone freeze after calling for help with the phone dropping phone calls all the time. They wanted me to pay a ridiculous amount to repair the phone for something that was never my doing. I am surprised Samsung has such a lemon.... More

VERY unreliable!! Two tin cans and a piece of string is better than this phone. Had it for 6 months, sent it back to "get repaired" 4 times! Missed calls, missed texts,......all while the reception bars were close to full! Never getting a Samsung product again.... (Just a side note....Bell... More

Not orginally my phone, was my dads, he used for 2 years, little to no problems when my Instinct croaked on me I nicked this, as dad rarely used it, Its a fine, moderate phone. Makes me wish for my old a920 though, as this things lack of a headphone jack is pissing me off.
