I got this phone for free from Bell for a replacement because my other phone broke under warranty. So the only positives that I can think of off my head are that the volume isn't bad, the battery life is exception (as opposed to everybody else's review), it's cheap, and it can do what any basic phone can do plus some more. Since I'm not an excessive texter, I also have no problem... More

i have had this phone for almost two years
it's sucks the screen keeps coming blank or the screen goes up side down
now bell won't do anything to get me a new phone

This is a great phone and has a great music player that goes quite loud.

the only thing that is annoying is when you text you have to press the space button twice:(
