This is my second time with Samsung and this phone is awesome in most aspects, but like everything is not perfect.

I have always been a fan of Samsung phones, getting a Blackjack, Blackjack 2 and now the Jack.

What I like:

1) The size is perfect--not too small, fits in the palm of your hand, without being too bulky

2) QWERTY keyboard -- I'm not too keen on the new fangled touchscreens (esp on the iPhone)... More

I upgraded from the Black Jack to this and it's a good little phone, very light weight and fast internet browsing. Only issue I have with this phone is the Battery drains very fast. Not a useful cell phone if you're planning on doing a lot of texing and web browsing.

I love it,yes, the battery does drain quicker, but the phone is so fast, so much smaller and so much easier to navigate!

This is my first smart phone and little bit disappointed with the phone.

Bad:

1. Suddenly drops the connection (wifi and bluetooth).

having owned both the blackjack 2 and the epix, some observations:

-product is much smaller and fits much better in your hand, although not textured and thus slipperier than bj2

-chargers, usb sync cables all work from previous samsung smartphone models

-keyboard works fine
