The only problems i have had with this phone is that there is no memory slot, there is no camcorder and that the phone had smaller buttons (my fingers are very fat) than my old phone. But over all this phone is way better then all of my old cell phones.

This phone is the best phone i have every had in my life!!!! it is soo simle too use, you just pick it up and tart useing it. i love the keyboard and everything about it! pros: cheap way to be able to get a knock off of a blackberry keyboard, screen does not scratch, pretty good camera (if u hold it still, cam does not have flash tho) .Long battery life.

I really like this phone. It's basically an inexpensive Blackberry on a much cheaper plan.
GOOD:
The camera is pretty good quality
All applications (tools, calculators) are easy to use
Sound quality on phone calls is great
Everything about text messaging is great

I got this phone a few months ago.
It's a very good starter phone for people who haven't had much experience with them. It looks nice, the buttons are small but you get used to them.
I have recommended it to friends, and they ended up getting one too.

This is the first phone I've ever had, and it's amazing! Even though the buttons are a little small, you get used to it. I love this phonee

I love this phone. It's great. To the person who said you can't set repeated calendar items this is not true. When setting a calendar item put in an end date say years down the road. Then select Repeat. Then it will ask you the frequency (everyday, every week, every month). Very easy.
