I hate this phone because I can't fast type, all the keys are too pushed in, and when you have a case, it's hard to see the top row of buttons. Pros: The phone is good for a non smart phone good for a teenager or first phone.
Con: The I and O key does not work most of the time so cant speed txt for real besides that good phone

Con: when the time changed on Sunday the phone changed all of my appointments to one hour earlier. Also hard to hear person speaking to you if you are experiencing any kind of background noise.
