The touch screen can be a pain while trying to talk. My cheek constantly turns mute because of the location of the mute button on the phone. I have dropped it a couple of times and had to put it back together and it still works fine, so it is pretty durable.

I really like this phone, I do not have a data plan, so I cannot comment on that. The touch screen is so cool and the keyboard is nice to have also. Overall, I think this phone is worth getting and you will really like it.
