All in all it worked well but had a realatively short life. This one lasted a year before the cheap jack for headset, charger, & usb wore out.

Sleek phone but sucks for reception.. all Samsungs that I bought had poor reception!! Samsung take note!!
Had a Nokia and that was a great phone but bad for all other gadgets!
Had a Blackberry in 2006 and that was lousy as a phone, hope the new ones improved.

i bought the phone off of a friend brand new. after a few hours it froze sent it to repairs and i got it back and it worked for a day and then it froze again! it's a nice phone but i dunno what to say doesn't seem to last long....

i got this phone in april 2007 and its frozen on me 3 times since. it hasn't even been a full year yet. hopefully if you decide to get this phone you'll be a lucky one and not have any problems.

I bought this phone in january, never dropped it or banged it or anything, and somehow in february the inner screen became all mangled showing a giant black smear across the screen. Took it in to rogers to get a refund, they claimed it was physical damage and gave me an estimate of $183 to fix!!! never... More

I have had this phone for about 2yrs now and not a problem. I have dropped it 3three times on concrete and ashphalt. Just a couple of scratches on the crome. The phone still works A1. Sorry for all of you that have had bad luck with this phone.

This is a nice looking phone, no doubt, but it is a piece of poop. Reception is not good, some buttons are hard to use and it is virtually impossible to open the phone without touching the screen. My screen actually cracked while opening the phone (which was never dropped) and now the phone is useless.... More

This is so much better than expected.
Mine has NEVER frozen. I love the camera feature, it takes great pictures. I also love that you can you small mp3 file as ringtone.. that's like the best ever! Awesome sound system, too. And another cool thing: you can set it so that what you're doing... More
