Pros: Nice design, easy to use. Speaker and ringtones is loud and clear and it has voice command.
Cons: Side buttons are kind of useless. When I put the phone in my pocket, it takes a picture or the voice command goes on. The annoying beeping sound when I close or open my phone.

Let me count the ways I hate this phone.

The ringtone volume is too soft; the vibrate too subtle. In an noisy location, you will never hear this phone ring.
I am not fussy about ringtones and have never downloaded or bought one. But this phone made me understand why people buy tones. All the choices are awful.

The side buttons are worthless except to create problems, making calls you don't want, and getting the "PTT charges will apply" message constantly.
You can't turn on the speakerphone until the call is initiated and it requires pressing first the right side button and then a key on the front left. If I had so many hands to spare, I could hold the phone and wouldn't need speaker, would I?
You can only adjust the font on outgoing dialing. It would be nice to be able to enlarge incoming numbers, so that I could see who's calling.
If you hit the center button, it connects you to the internet; disconnecting takes time. You cannot reset it to do something you might prefer. In general, the navigation keys are different from most other phones, and therefore counter-intuitive.
The phone is supposed to have voice-activated dialing, but it constantly has to be reprogrammed to make that feature work.

Pros: loug speakerphone, easy to text and get on aim, loud ringtones, easy to use buttons
Cons: where should i begin? umm lets see the buttons on the side are easily pressed when you either you pocket or purse. out of nowhere the phone will call somebody and i have to constantly say "sorry i didn't mean to call you" people get irritated with it and so do i. and if i have to hear "Say a command!" i will go crazy!!!! the ptt is a waste cuz nobody has it and you have to subscribe to it. after you take a number of pictures the zoom doesn't work. how dumb is that? constantly there are email updates coming up that i don't care about. the ringtones suck and so do the message tones. on my other phone you can record something and set it as your ringtone but no, not on this out of date phone. i don't even think that cingular or at&t sale this old phone anyway! i hope to get a sidekick for my birthday... :]
