The touch interface lags, especially when using the keyboard.
The spell check is almost useless.

All of it amazing features and apps are easy to find & easy to use. The mp3 player in the phone is great and playback is clear & easy listening. I had to change phone companies and this phone make the choice easy. Thanks so much.

works really well

The phone would turn off by itself every few days ,then it would not turn on at all. Sent for repair and after a few weeks it started turning off by itself. Sent for repair and received a new one back. It would not turn on within hours of receiving it.

it freezes at least once when i'm using it, my keys are all sticky, for no reason whatsoever, don't get this phone.

I dropped this phone in water.. i smashed it on pavement about like 5 times when i was hammered! This phone is actually tank..it wont break..so if your looking for a phone that can actually survive this is the perfect phone
