Goes too emergency mode sometimes when turned on,this will automatic dial 911 and you can not turn the phone off you have too take the battery out too get out of the emergency screen,the police are not happy about that problem,even when the phone is turned off the emergency mode can activate its self and dial 911 telusmobility does not know what the problem is,my grand son had too buy out his contract with telusmobility because of the same problem,the lg smart phone I will not get again,I have the lgc555 I was not told in June 2012 when I was told by telusmobility too take that phone with my new contract that it is no long on the market,the manager at telusmobility gave me the last one, now I know why he talked me into that phone,utter rubbish phone,going too cost me $200+12% tax too renew another 3year contract with ,telusmobility after them giving me a defected phone 2months ago
