Don't buy a Sanyo!!! They treat their customers like Crap!!

I bought 2 Sanyo PRO-700's for our landscaping business, I paid over $600 for both of them and both died about 4 days after the warrenty ( 1 year ) I called sanyo and explained that they died and I would like them to repair it. they asked if there was any damage to the phones. I told them that the 10-4 button had fallen off the phone at 3 months, but since I don't use that feature, it didn't matter. She told me that since I told her that it was past the warrenty and their was damage they would not help me.... First off, if I sold a product and it failed a few days after the warrenty, you better believe I would fix the problem! That's how you keep a customer for life. Second, their button fell off and becouse of that the warrenty is void..... That's like buying a new truck and in 3 months the engine blows up and you take it to the dealer and they say " sorry but it's damaged.... you don't have a warrenty"
I don't get mad often at companys, but I told the lady at snayo that if they did not fix the problem, I would tell everyone that I know about how I was treated...... And here I am!
On the other hand i had a problem with my jawbone and called up the company expecting the age old screw you treatment and was treated like royalty.
Don't buy any SANYO phone..... They treat their customers like Crap!
