LG Eclipse / Reviews

I had the mis-fortune of buying an LG-Eclipse phone last May. Since day 1, the battery in the phone has not worked as it lasts only about 5 hours. Unless you keep the phone plugged into the wall, which defeats the purpose of having a cell phone, you cannot use it. Then the fun begins. Just try and get another battery from LG for the phone. Good friggin luck!!!! No one carries any LG batteries anymore. Getting the battery directly from LG requires you to not only jump through hoop after hoop after hoop and then wait 7-10 business days for a replacement. In my case the battery didn't arrive after 14 business days and I had to go through this all again, including waiting 7-10 business days again for the battery. It's now August and the phone still doesn't work as the battery still hasn't arrived. If you're offered an LG phone......RUN. The Sanyo I was sent as a replacement worked way better then this phone ever did.
