This is the worst phone I have ever owned. My 4 year old LG was better. The battery life is three days of standby time. Quick start booklet is the worst of any product I have owned. More pages are spent on ass-covering safety subjects than actually using the phone and working through menus. Sure, it is a cheap phone...but why not at least have features that older cheap phones inluded. Brutal. I won't turn this one in to upgrade it. I will smash hell out of it with a blunt instrument
