This is the worst phone I have ever owned. Erratic battery life - I can never tell if it might last a few hours or a few days after a full charge, just sitting there. Side buttons cannot be locked, so it takes dozens of pictures of the inside of my pocket or I turn on the speaker phone and blast my ear by accident in the middle of a call. Worst of all, it often goes into "limited service" mode, meaning I cannot receive any calls and I can only call 911. 911, I have an emergency: I want my old Bell CDMA 1X phone back!
