Manual/user guide is useless. Speaker phone using centre button is unreliable & earpiece control fiddly & useless. 100 ways to get to multi tasks but not basic tasks. I will never buy another Telus anything. My 2 very old Telus phones were at least functional. (one got flushed, one had dead & unreplaceable battery) This is junk. Did I say, yes, the manual sucks.
I've had this 2 months. How do I get my money back?

At the most you got to see a manual, i`ve had my phone 7 months, and can not get any information, so i can say this phone is useless, and probale never had a manual made for it. never will buy a LG again. What good is a phone with no manual
