Good basic phone but ...

I have had this phone for about 3 weeks now. It does everything I need it to do. Some things I like about is the SD slot, 2 mp camera/video, and the classic clam shell style. However, the small front screen cover started to come off the phone after a few days. I had to glue it back in. Manufacturer defect or very poor quality? This was a real turn off.
