8520 is the worst phone I've ever had.
I have replaced it 6 times in 8 months. Certain letters on the keypad stop working and on the last 2 which I've each had for a week, the battery runs out in less than an hour.
Fido won't take responsibility for the crappy phone they sold me and just give me a new one already. I know that Blackberry makes the repairs but come on- someone take responsibility and DO something!
