I had this phone for 2 years and I never had a problem with it. It got dropped lots and used all the time.. and I never had an issue. The only real problem I had near the end of my contract was that the battery wouldn't stay charged that long, but I created that problem myself by charging it while it was on. Sure the features weren't all high tech and such but if your looking for a functional phone, the Razr is amazing! I've had my new phone for not even a year and I'm having problems, now I sorta regret getting rid of my Razr...
