You'll want to smash it against a brick wall

After my old phone died for good, I needed a new phone fast, and purchased this one on a whim.

I'll admit, the main reason I bought it was for the looks. It's a great looking product, and it fits in my pocket or purse beautifully.

But this phone is TERRIBLE.

The battery life is a joke. You will be charging this piece of garbage more than once a week.

The reception is awful. I live in a large metropolitan city, and dropped calls are a common issue with the w755.

The volume adjustment is stuck. My volume setting has been on 'medium high' for eons. I will go to the menu to manually change it, and yet, it's constantly at 'medium high'. To avoid the embarrassment of my phone loudly going off after receiving a text message, I'll usually keep it on vibrate.

The back battery cover doesn't stick. I'll pick up the phone and it will simply fall off.

I've had this phone since about June 2008, and it *has* worked alright for me. Sometimes. I've dropped it accidentally a few times, and the screen is still great. The phone takes great pictures, but the lack of a flash boggles me.

It's those little issues that amount into one huge headache.
