this is the worst phone i've ever bought!
i thought that i would love this phone, because the cool features and stuff.
i've had it for 5 months and within the first 2 months it started having problems:
it turns off whenever it feels like, even in the middle of calling or texting.
when you make a call, it can sometimes takes up to a minute for the call to connect.
it didn't come with a usb cord to put pictures onto the computer or upload any music onto the phone.
whenever you drop it even it its like 3 feet, the back plastic part comes off and the battery falls out.
and lastly, whenever i try to change to vibrate, general, silent etc. sometimes it goes to a different one that i press. but usually it says "already selected" when its actually set on another setting..
only sometimes does it actually set the one i press.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
