BIG Disappoinment

I bought a Palm Pre mainly because I have had a Palm Treo for years in the past which I loved..but I have to say the Palm Pre is a terrible phone. It is very difficult to text, slow and unresponsive, poor battery live, very few useful apps, hardly any for business, does not allow you to categorize your contacts list, doesn't allow you yo use your I-tunes music on it, hard to get your photos off it, cant change the ring tone..all in all I wish I had never bought the Pre.
