I received this phone as a present a little over 2 years ago. Like many other people I had the "white screen of death" within the first year. After what seemed like hours speaking with nokia and telus the phone was sent to be fixed. It was sent back in working condition..except about one year later my menu icons became question marks and no one seems to be recieving the text messages I am sending them. I've resorted to just giving up on this phone which is hard seeing as i bought it without a contract making it a pretty expensive phone. I guess i've learned to do my research before buying.....
