For me, the most important features of any basic phone are quality of reception, ergonomics, and battery life.

This phone fails miserably in all 3 aspects.
I never had such poor reception and so many dropped calls in the middle of downtown. It's insane!! Unacceptable from such a reputable company.

The battery life is nothing but a joke. Have one 10-15 min conversation and it's pretty much drained. I thought it was a defect but when I exchanged it for a new one...same old problem. Recharging the battery every night is a must!!

Flipping the phone open with your thumb or by flicking your wrist is impossible. Two hands are required which really sucks bad!! How annoying is that?? Another annoyance is that the clock on the outer screen is barely visible. My cell is my only means of checking the time since I don't like wearing a watch so yeah, Sony screwed that up too!! Damn!

Bottom line...Save yourself the pain and frustration and just invest a little more on other Sony models.
