Broken within 10 months - Tmobile wants to charge $100 for replacement
2/10
Do not buy it.
I brought one in Jan 2009. Sth fell loose and stuck out of the back of the slide-out top. So the query keyboard cannot be slided out any more and the keyboard became useless. My phone is still under 1 year warranty. However, Tmobile calls it "standard wear and tear" and refused to honor the warranty. They want to charge $100 for the replacement.
If you do not want a phone standard-wear-and-tear out in 10 months, do not buy this phone. If you do not want a provider who do not honor its warranty, do not from Tmobile.
