Stuck on silent

My phone just got stuck on silent. I tried all the "suggested" ways, nothing worked, but this..... press and hold the * key. This is one of those short cut keys to put in on hold. When I did this it finally went off hold. Hope this helps.
Not a bad phone over all. I miss my lost flip phone, but it does hold a lot more text (max so far is 100, my old flip could only hold 40). A bit chunky, but not bad.
