NOKIA 6265i Waste of Money

I got signed up with this device for a three year contract with Telus in 2007, in 2008 I had this battery/software problem with the device twice, each time it was fixed by Nokia for free, the third it happened Nokia refused to fix it due to expired warranty. I ended up spending extra $50.00 for a new battery and lost all my contacts each time of the problem.
