One of the worst cell phones I have ever had.

I don't even recall how long I've had this waste of money for...it has to be at least two to three years, I suppose-although I'm locked into a contract for the next two years, so it might only be a year.
Regardless, I am on my second replacement for this model. The first one had 'problems with the firmware' and so had to be reset. It would turn on, show the introductory screen, and then simply show a white screen with the battery indicator. Occasionally it would ask for the time. Ironically enough, the loaner phone the telus store gave me (of the same model as my phone) was in such terrible condition that they had to replace it with a different model. Oh, and they said that being able to transfer my contacts list from one phone to another was about 50/50; the device they used 'did not fully support that model'.
The second one worked alright for a while. But recently everything's gone downhill. I started to have issues with phone calls and text messages. Then the LCD screen's backlight died. And now, the earpiece doesn't work- I have to make all calls on speakerphone or else I cannot hear the person I'm talking to. There's recently been another issue as well; I've been repeatedly failing to connect with my calls. Several times in a row, requiring a restart. And that brings me back to the wonderful white screen of death, which may or may not persist for several minutes.
I am sorry I ever bought this piece of trash, and I dearly want to take a hammer to it once my contract is up.
