Telus NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this crap Nokia phone.

Telus has screwed me over with this piece of crap phone. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years, paid my bills on time, never missed a payment. They sell me this faulty Nokia crap phone, lock me in for another 3 years, and now that my phone doesn't work, the useless customer sales rep says "its not our fault, it's Nokia". I told them they should accept some responsibility for offering a faulty phone (She even admitted they have had other complaints about this Nokia phone) but she said she can't help me. I'm stuck with paying for a new phone or paying for the repair -- even though the Telus rep on the phone, the rep at the Telus store, and numerous other blogs show the same problem with this Nokia 6265i phone (powers up, then screen blanks out). The rep on the phone was unsympathetic, and rather confrontational when trying to defend Telus. I vow not to renew with Telus after that treatment!
