Worst cell phone ever.

Defective cell phone.

Send it to be repaired for the 4th time in june and it glitched on me again today.

The glitch happened the first time a month after I purchased it ( I got it in june 2007 ). I tried to turn it on and the screen went white and then black with some darker lines and turned back white... on and on until I just gave up half an hour later. You can still turn it off but everytime you turn it on it just does the same thing. Once it was repaired, everything was back to normal... until 2 months after in september when the same glitch returned. I asked Telus for a refund or a substitute cell phone and they refused stating that the phone was still in working order and that the glitch was not a good motive for a total refund or a remplacement ( Note that they're the one who recomended the cell phone in the first place when I went shoping there ). They fixed it for me free of charge bacause the warranty was still valid ( Just barely ) and warned me that next time there will be fees for the repair... like it was expected or something. In february 2008 I had to send it to be repaired once more and it was supposed to cost me 50$ but since I explained that it was the same glitch that happened twice when the cell phone was under the warranty and that it was their fault if it's still defective because it was clearly not fixed properly.

They decided to send it to Nokia directly and get it repaired by them directly. They made me pay the shipping of course... 25$.

Last june, right after my birthday, the cell phone glitched once more and I had to pay for the repairs and I warned them that I would not pay anymore if I had to send it to be repaired again.

It glitched again on me today so I searched for a place on the net to rant and found this web-site. This glitch is a major flaw for this cell phone and the design, performance and features score are just overshadowed by it.

I wasted over 400$ on a cell phone so I decided to take a 4 year break. No cell phones.
