Samsung E316 / Reviews

About two years ago, I bought this phone brand new. I immediately became comfortable using it. It had innovative features that I found extremely convenient, mainly the option to have the two side lights flash to indicate an incoming text. The lights would flash until I opened the phone, so I didn't forget about any texts I had. The camera took excellent pictures and the menu was easy and esthetically-pleasing - very bright graphics. Also, it never froze like some of the newer models tend to due to an overload of technology. About a year after I bought the phone, at&t switched to cingular, so sadly, I had to give it up (it was programmed strictly for at&t). The new samsung I bought never quite fit and didn't have the flashing light feature that I found unique to it's predecessor. I have had my new, black samsung for about a year now but have just purchased a new samsung e316 that I found on the Internet. Despite its status as an 'old' phone, I opted to purchase it once again rather than a razr (which each member of my family owns and tried to push onto me) or any other phone. I am happy with this one!
