My wife and I had these phones for 5 years (2 years hers, and 3 years mine) They are not fancy with cameras and MP3s as they are old phones now, but are solid and reliable with awesome variety of features. Voice memo, notepad, calculator, T9 Txt, Great alarm clock with snooze.

I started having trouble with reception on mine at about 2 years, was losing calls constantly. It worked great until then though. She got a new one so I took her old one, which still worked perfectly til a week ago (after about 3 years plus a few months of perfect service) when the ringer speaker crapped out. I still have vibrate but am currently going to get a new one.

These phones are tough as nails. We always had leather cases on them (the kind with the two snaps, not the one piece ones that flop off when you open the phone) and I've seriously put both these phones through a whole lot of hardcore abuse. Literally been dropped hundreds of times onto the hard pavement while biking, dropped onto concrete floors at least a thousand times. These phones arew built really solid and with that leather case are indestructible.
