I had this phone for a year and a half and i hate it. it has been a problem ever since the beggining. the battery life is terrible and so is the reception even when other phones from the same company get great reception in the area. first the screen started to go, then the buttons on the sliding part stopped working, now all that works on the phone are the number buttons so it is un-usable. i am very upset with this phone especially considering i am an ambulance tech and need my cell as a part of the job. i was told this was a reliable phone but it has been anything but. one thing i am happy about is the support i have received from telus. they sent me a new cell and only charged me the activation. very happy with the company just not the phone.
