Disappointed

My contract with my cell phone provider was up- and I was going to change my plan and get a new phone. I went from what I call the standard phone,(my Nokia) to the Motorola. BIG mistake. The motorola has more features, little bonuses here and there (game wise, ring tone wise....) and it's a smaller, light weight phone- but for all of the trouble I have with that thing I'd rather go back to my previous. The reception sucks- I got better, clearer reception and reception at places far away from my normal stomping grounds with my Nokia. The motorola randomly works- or doesn't work, regardless of where I am (I could be standing next to a tower and it wouldn't work)- cuts out all the time- doesn't ring- then pops up saying I have new voicemail, I'll have full service dial out a call- then it tells me call failed- and all of my service bars are gone- I select retry and it will place the call, sometimes, and this is all while standing in one place. I use my cell phone as my regular phone- it makes more sense that way people can get a hold of me no matter where I am, however, with the Motorola there is a 50/50 chance, which is very disappointing. I have had the thing since January, and I have had enough. I'm looking at new cell phones so I can get rid of it!
