Avoid this phone!! Exchanged 10+ times in 1 year!

Pro: Good battery life is the only plus on this phone
Con: Attenna breaks constantly, earpiece jack shorts out
I had Verizon for years and let sales rep convience me to switch from Nokia to V120. Big mistake. I bought a spare because I got tired of going to Verizon to exchange so often. Just a hassle for first year, over a dozen different phones so cannot blame it on just one bad one. Big problem is after warranty expires, then when it breaks you are SOL. Also phone book exchange often has problems reading old one so have to retype when it breaks. Nothing wrong with Verizon, just avoid this phone.
