For me, the most important features of any basic phone are quality of reception, ergonomics, and battery life.

This phone fails miserably in all 3 aspects.
I never had such poor reception and so many dropped calls in the middle of downtown. It's insane!! Unacceptable from such a reputable company....

Purchased the Samsung impact on the release date and I am very pleased with this device. It was a toss up between the Impact and another model of similar functionality and the Impact won due to it being a more comfortable fit in my hand while using it.
I would recommend this phone to anyone not ready...

this phone freezes when i want to do something
and never allowas a bluetooth file sharing,

hard to press buttons,

I upgraded from the Black Jack to this and it's a good little phone, very light weight and fast internet browsing. Only issue I have with this phone is the Battery drains very fast. Not a useful cell phone if you're planning on doing a lot of texing and web browsing.
