This phone is absolutely useless! User menus are not user friendly and it lacks many of the features that you would expect from even a basic phone. Pro: It can sync with Lotus Notes!!! Our IT department helped me set it up.
Con: If you like to type alot this is not a phone you would want. Since I keep most of my stuff on the computer at work this was not an issue for me.
