All I can say my experience w/phone has been great. No issue, no problems connecting, downloading, texting, calling. Its a great phone to have, I have owned this phone about 1yr. Only hard part of this phone is when to let go and upgrade to new phones.

The phone has a number of "glitches". I had it for 2 years with Sprint and needed to reset it (take off the back cover and push the reset button) weekly. It would constantly freeze. I had a Treo 600 for 3 years and it worked really well on the Bell Canada system. The only problem that I had was that after 2 years it stopped syncing with my computer. A tech friend advised me to replace my sync cable with a sync craddle and this did the trick.

My friend has been through three or four of these phones because there are hardware problems with each one. Also, it appears these phones could break if you drop them once. I've droppped my Nokia about 30 times, sometimes scattering across the floor. Not the Palm Treo.

I have used this phone for about 18 months now and I must say I have never been so frustrated by a phone. This phone freezes almost daily. I am almost eligible for an upgrade, and I can't wait to get it.

This phone is horrible with phone quality! out of every 3 incoming or outgoing calls, 2 of them have to be made again since either they couldn't hear me but I could hear them or wise versa. And yes, I have all the patches and fixes installed!

I love this phone, it has so many useful options. i.e.: MS. word, power point, excel and more... Battery life is about 5-7 days. Unfortunately ever since I've had it, no matter how many service bars, the speech on the other end of the phone is crackly, so now I'm getting my new one soon.

The best Palm phone I've used yet. Windows based phones definitely are the only way to go. I like the full keyboard, texting abilities, PDA capabilities and web surfing. I don't know what I'd do without a smartphone any more.

This phone is amazing. Its the best treo out there. Don't even settle for the "Palm" software version, because you miss out on a lot of features.
