All I can say my experience w/phone has been great. No issue, no problems connecting, downloading, texting, calling. Its a great phone to have, I have owned this phone about 1yr. Only hard part of this phone is when to let go and upgrade to new phones.

I am on my 3rd 700wx in a year and 1/2. The touch screen is a really nice feature but there are serious issues with the reliability with this phone. I am having hearing issues both received and sent and like my prior Treo 700wx know this issue will continually get worse. Random no rings or alerts... More

The phone has a number of "glitches". I had it for 2 years with Sprint and needed to reset it (take off the back cover and push the reset button) weekly. It would constantly freeze. Synching became such a problem that I stopped doing it. My computer would randomly stop recognizing the phone... More
