For connectivity, the Quad bands, including GPRS truly makes this cell World Class. Sound quality is above average. FM tuning is a nice feature to have to get music and news. I have small fingers and can barely dial with the keypad and for some unknown reason people keep telling me the are losing half my conversations. I am not sure if it is just a faulty phone or the new Bell network in Halifax but I am returning this phone for something with a real phone pad. Alan
