I have been using Nokia phones for more than a decade. I have been so impressed, that when getting a new, simple phone (my preference), I wanted to stick with the brand. Unfortunately, this is the worst Nokia phone I have ever owned. It's not horrible, but just not as good as I am used to. My two chief complaints are the quality of the speaker phone and the clarity for the person who is receiving your call. If you're using the speaker phone, the person to whom you are speaking will have a hard time understanding you. Secondly, the sound quality for the other person isn't the greatest. I don't like to waste, but I will likely be replacing this handset before it wears out.
