The Nokia 2220 Slide is great value for money compared to other devices in the same price bracket

Hovering around the £30 mark, the Nokia 2220 Slide's nearest competitor is the Sony Ericsson Spiro. To be honest, the Nokia is beaten pretty fairly in almost every department by its rival, but if you're a fan of the Finnish phones and can't afford to sell a kidney for your next mobile purchase, this is definitely an option worth entertaining -- provided you can live without creature comforts such as 3G, Bluetooth and expandable memory.

I got this Nokia phone as a cheap replacement from fido until the end of my contract when my motorola broke. It is a decent looking phone for a very reasonable price. The only colour fido offers it in is not the nicest, but I bought this phone for price, not looks. The camera is very very grainey, and I am still trying to figure out how to get music on it's mp3 player. I am still getting used to the t9 buri find the keyboard difficult to text on - the keys don't always click down well. One thing I like about it is the slide is pretty solid -the battery life is good, although I have only had it a week. If you are looking for a basic phone that is still stylish at a low price, this is a good option!
