ive had this phone for a year and my antenna broke off, as i see it did to others. another thing is reception is pretty bad and the battery takes a while to charge. i wish it had a keypad lock like my other phone did. besides that, its pretty basic to use.

My phone has always performed well.

My antennae has broke once and 4 belt clips have broke. Otherwise, sturdy phone.

I have had this phone for 3 months. I love it. Great reception & Sound. Not complaints for this solid phone.

I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THE PHONE FOR ONE YEAR AND THE ANTENNA HAS BROKE OFF.

Its ok but it needs a make-over. It needs more features and a better screen. But its pretty durable. It gets okay receiption.

this phone gets the crappiest reception and is ALWAYS crackly and staticky. i hate it and can't wait to throw it out

This was a great, durable little first phone for me. It did everything I needed the phone for, plus is an excellent text message device. Broke the antenna twice, replaced once; easy job to do. Still got decent reception w/o an antenna.

I have had this phone for 2 years and I am very impressed.

Good reception, nice size and all the features I need.

It is also a tough little bugger. However, antenna is suseptable to breaking though.

Drops my calls all day long ! Antennae broke off, after a year, it was in my purse i didn't even drop it.

Integrated belt clip is convenient, however bends and will break after a few months of use. If you're a little on the porky side, the antennae will poke into your gut.

We love this phone. It got a 9 for features only because it does not have BlueTooth. But hey, it is an older phone and a real workhorse.
The specs here show that it does not have voice memo. We have four v120c phones and they all have a voice memo feature.

great for a first phone. sometimes went out of range while i was in a store at the mall, also went out of range when you go into a basement. the antenna breaks very easily and the voice activated caller ID didn't work that well. oh and i wish it came with face plates.
