Mine is years old and still working great....gave it to my mom. She loves it, very user friendly for her as a first time cell user.

Ok i wad the razr for over a year. When u put a alarm on sometimes the sound skips, like when the alarm is low by flo rida the song keaps skiping. I thing this is a ok phone but the sound is bad. i dont think the phone is worth as much as it costs.

the battery only last for about a day and a half. with the speaker phone is difficult to hear if the other person has you on speaker with the same kind of phone

It was a good phone for the first year but the service I got is terrible in my house. I have to go outside to send texts.

I've had to buy to RAZR phones this year and the same thing happened to both of them! THe side piece comes out and a cable inside snaps and the phone stops working. Who thought it would be a good idea to prevent people from turning off the hideously annoying start-up and shut-down sounds? Why should I have to download a program and hack into my own phone to turn this totally useless feature off. Shame on Motorola. Shame on AT&T.
