this is a great phone. The signal is great, i actually got signal in the underground subway a few times (canada). The reception is really good, and it is very durable. My wife and I both own an E815. While the basic functions work just fine. The design of the charger-phone connection is faulty and inevitably make it impossible to charge the phone. Don't buy this phone unless you want to waste your money.
