Problems with the phone from day one. Started a few weeks after getting the phone, garbled calls and dropped calls even when sitting down. Unless you live in an area where LTE network is available do not but this product, i just went through 2 of these in 3 days and well because i dont live in an area where LTE is available im hooped

This phone is like a slow computer that frustrates you to no end. Everything takes several seconds to load, and often seems frozen.
