i have bought the phone over a year ago and it needed to be replaced overt 10 times. the screen keeps freezing when ever you open up or send texts. i personally would never get this phone again...

Phone has been out for four repairs and one new sim card. Contacts switch names and or numbers. The phone freezes constantly, anywhere from a minute to an hour and a half. Just a bad phone.

This phone has a lot of problems. Firstly, if you get it with Fido or Rogers, it is impossible to put on cutum ringtones without using a loophole with sms emails from shady sites. Its really silly. i have had this phone or four months now and i haven't experienced and problems with it, it seems to be a well made phone. one complaint is that the camera takes a second to take a picture, so you have to make sure the subject is very still.
